  • Bulk or large orders may require extended processing times.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise specified.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our wholesale products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds on wholesale purchases unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • If you receive defective products, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds or exchanges for defective products are at the sole discretion of the Company and will be processed once the products have been returned and inspected.

All intellectual property rights in the Site, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, images, content, and design, are owned by or licensed to the Company.
