We aim to provide our wholesale customers with a seamless and efficient shipping and returns experience. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the terms for shipping orders and handling returns for products purchased through our online platform.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers- If you don’t provide us with your own shipping carrier, We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs, including ground, expedited, and freight services. We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as [UPS, FedEx] to ensure timely and secure delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time for kits is 3-10 business days (time-frame can be adjusted based on current demand) . Regular orders have a 10-20 day lead-time after receipt of labels and/or packaging (time-frame can be adjusted based on current demand)

  • For custom or large-volume orders, additional processing time may be required. You will be notified of any delays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping rates will be provided at the time of shipping.

  • For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping rates.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We ship domestically and internationally. However, certain products may be restricted for shipping to specific countries due to regulatory requirements.

  • Please ensure you comply with local import regulations if ordering outside the United States.

5. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or customs clearance may affect delivery times.

6. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales-beautytrends@usa.com with your order number and photos of any damaged products. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. If shipment has been handled by your company, please contact them directly.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Wholesale Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for defective Products.

  • Due to the nature of our wholesale business, we do not accept returns for non-defective products or due to customer ordering errors.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Authorization

  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service team. Please contact us at (sales-beautytrends@usa.com) within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.

  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Inspection and Restocking Fees

  • Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. If the returned items are not in the same condition as when they departed, handling or re-stocking fees may apply.

5. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 40 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or the product was defective.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges on wholesale orders. If you need a different product, you will need to place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or private label products, including Kit orders.

  • Items purchased on clearance or as final sale.

  • Opened or used skincare products.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at sales-beautytrends@usa.com as soon as possible.
