In-stock packaging
We offer stylish, in-stock packaging for orders equal to and less than 100 units. While container styles may vary slightly based on availability, we always ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and are compatible with our formulas.
If our packaging doesn't meet with your preferences, you are welcome to provide your own selections. However, we will need to review and approve them to ensure compatibility with our filling equipment and formulas.
Customers must supply their own packaging for orders equal to or greater than 101 units.
NOTE: bottle, closure and fill are included in the unit price. If you are supplying the packaging for orders up to 250 units, $1.50 will be deducted from the unit price.

Labels
We provide label templates for our stock packaging . This gives you full control to develop your own brand style and design. Additionally, we can offer a list of label printers that have been successfully used by other clients.
We also supply the list of ingredients for each product, along with a description of its usage.

Shipping Details
Once an order has been filled and labeled, it’s ready to ship. You can either provide us with your preferred shipping carrier or use ours. Additional shipping charges will be paid before the order is shipped.
We take detailed photos of the condition in which the shipment (boxes or pallets) leaves our facility. You will receive the photos by email for your records.

Returns
If we have made errors with your order and sent the wrong products, you may return them free of charge.
